Liability for content
The content of our website has been compiled with considerable care. However, we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for material which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. As service providers, we are responsible under general statute for our own content on this website, pursuant to Para. 6 Sect. 1 MDStV (Interstate Media Services Agreement) and Para. 8 Sect. 1 TDG (Teleservices Act). Service providers are not, however, obliged to monitor or research the background of any third-party information which they communicate or store and which may refer to an illegal activity. Obligations under general statute to remove or block the use of information remain unaffected by this. Any liability in this respect, however, is possible only once we become aware that there has been an actual legal violation. As soon as we become aware of any such violation, we shall remove this content forthwith.
Liability for links
We have no influence over the content of external third-party sites to which our website is linked. Consequently, we can accept no responsibility for such content. The relevant provider or operator of the site concerned always bears responsibility for the content of the linked site. At the time the link was established, the site in question was checked to ensure that there were no legal violations. None were identified at that time. It would, however, be unreasonable to expect us to monitor the content of linked sites in the long term, in the absence of any obvious legal violation. If such a violation comes to our attention, we shall remove such links forthwith.
